Business development talent

You’re a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through networking, lead generation, and market research.

We're looking for someone to:

  • develop a strategy and plan to bring in new business for the company

  • execute new business development activities with the goal of achieving/surpassing monthly targets

  • key focus products/services will be all academy-related courses, corporate events (brew bars and coffee appreciation/team-building), coffee beans and machine sales

  • manage client accounts and work closely with the operations teams to ensure that a positive customer experience is provided to all clients

  • to close and administrate sales

  • to measure KPIs and track progress vis-á-vis targets to ensure that we are on track
